Black Belt Wesley
- Gurdurr, level 41
Run west past the line of grass. You'll run into another martial artist at the end.
Battle Girl Alize
- Scrafty, level 41
Follow the route to the north and west. Shortly before you reach some stairs you'll see a small tree to the south that you can Cut. Do so to find a Max Repel. Go down the stairs to the west, then up the next flight to your left. You'll find a boulder up here which you can push into a hole using Strength to reach a Red Shard. There's also a hidden Zinc in a cleared part of the grass before you reach the Red Shard.
Back to the beach. Go north, then head east along the shoreline to encounter a trainer.
Ace Trainer Miguel
- Delcatty, level 41
- Eelektrik, level 41
Follow the beach to the east. Along the way you'll see an Ultra Ball in the sand, and hidden on the other side of the rock where you find the Ultra Ball is a Heart Scale. At the very end of the beach you'll come to a trainer.
Fisherman Leroy
- Vaporeon, level 40
Return to the west along the shoreline. Watch to the north and you'll see a small island. Surf out to it and, amid crops of dark grass, you'll find a Luxury Ball. Surf off of the northeast edge of this small island to find some shallows, occupied by a trainer.
Fisherman Vince
- Golduck, level 40
Near Vince is TM29 Psychic. There are few attack moves better suited to psychic-type Pokémon than their namesake. Grab it, then Surf west to the shore. A short ways up the beach you'll run into a trainer.
Parasol Lady Laura
- Castform, level 40
Check the sand a short ways northwest of the trainer (just above the beach chair and parasol setup) for a hidden Big Pearl, then head west into a small side area of the beach. Standing outside the house here is a self-styled treasure hunter who will give you a random item he's found. Expect to get mostly Flutes from the man. You can speak to him for a new item once a day.
Run back to the main path and go north. There are two Fsherman here whom you can battle.
Fisherman Damon
- Basculin, level 39
- Staryu, level 39
Fisherman Jones
- Alomomola, level 40
Continue north to find a set of stairs. Before ascending, check the sand here for a hidden Pearl. Go up the stairs, then check the bridge to the south for a plot of grass and a trainer.
Ace Trainer Angi
- Lopunny, level 41
- Lampent, level 41
At the end of another bridge is a Star Piece. Grab it, then backtrack to the cliffs in the north. Go west through the trees here to find a set of stairs leading down to the beach again. At the bottom you'll find more grass, as well as a trainer eager for a Rotation Battle. You'll also find a Hidden Grotto in the trees that lead you down to the beach.
Pokémon Ranger Daryl
Pokémon Ranger Daryl
- Jolteon, level 39
- Nosepass, level 39
- Galvantula, level 39
Continue along the beach to the west. In a small box canyon you'll discover a lonesome house. Inside you'll find a boy who will give you a Power Lens. Graciously accept the gift, then return to the cliffs leading north. If you have Cut, you can use it to get through two trees and confront Cobalion, the legendary Pokémon that once inhabited Mistralton Cave. (You can also get at it from the back, if you don't have Cut.) You'll also find a trainer in the nearby grass who wants a Triple Battle.
Pokémon Ranger Dianne
- Larvesta, level 39
- Flareon, level 39
- Vibrava, level 39
Next to this trainer is a Blue Shard, and to the north is a Max Ether. Grab both and continue north through the grass to find a western path that leads to Lacunosa Town. Still not a Pokémon League gym location - that's three towns without one, now - but you're getting close.
