Now that you've cleared up Hannah's insomnia - or at least pushed her in the right direction - you can continue your friendship with her. You'll most often find Hannah working at Silky Stitch Tailor's, more or less in the heart of Moonbury. She has a work station in the back of the store. The rest of the day Hannah wanders Moonbury and can be found in a variety of different locations, so if you want to track her down reliably you should start with the store. Your dog can help you out if she's not there.
Once you've maxed out the second level of friendship with Hannah she'll post a message on the Bulletin Boards around town, asking Helene to drop by Lazy Bowl Tavern to pick up a custom-made dress. Go to the Tavern between 11:00 and 18:00, Tuesday to Sunday, to watch the drop-off take place.
Head to the Tavern and you'll watch as Hannah undergoes a crisis of confidence. She clearly has no faith in her own dressmaking skills. You'll need to have a talk with Nova, who is at least partially responsible for Hannah's problems. Head to Nova's House - it's a short trek southeast of your own home - and you'll discover that Nova's working on a dress based on Hannah's work.
Nova needs help tracking down a few materials to finish the dress. They require access to Barren Wasteland, so you may need to progress further in the game to complete this step. The materials are as follows:
- Five Black Lotuses. Black Lotus flowers grow in the far southwest of Barren Wasteland, and you'll need to complete the Black Lotus quest before you can harvest any.
- Five Hibiscuses. Hibiscus plants grow along the path to the Black Lotus patch, so you can kill two birds with one sickle.
- Five Majestic Horns. Majestic Horns are dropped by defeated Grandhorns, which roam the northern sections of Barren Wasteland. They take a lot of hits to kill, so you may want to hide behind something while swiping at one so you don't take damage from charge attacks.
Bring everything to Nova. Like Hannah, she spends much of her time at Silky Stitch Tailor's. She'll finish the dress overnight, and if you visit her home between 8:00 and 20:00 the two of you will deliver the end result to Hannah. Your relationship with Hannah will grow to the third level.
