The third chapter of Castti's story takes place in the Abandoned Village, an almost-empty settlement in the north of the Brightlands. If you're traveling here from either of Castti's second chapter locations, your quickest route is to jump to Canalbrine, then hop ships until you reach New Delsta Harbor: Anchorage. The Abandoned Village is on the east side of the New Delsta Flats, which is a short trip from the harbor.
When you first arrive in the Abandoned Village you can begin Castti's story right away, assuming she's in the party. If you'd rather look around first, you can activate the chapter later by speaking to the village's Tavern Keeper. He has a little table along the main road through the village, east of the entrance.
Castti arrives in the Abandoned Village - which was once known as Healeaks - seeking answers to her memories. Malaya, one of Castti's former comrades, is somewhere in the village, and Castti needs to find her. It just so happens that Malaya is a short distance to the right of the save point. Approach her to have a chat, then Inquire Malaya during the day to learn the full story of Eir's Apothecaries.
After some chatting you'll be shot back into the past, and can explore Healeaks as it once was. Castti can wander around and Inquire whomever she likes, though the only people she needs to Inquire are her fellow Apothecaries. Randy and Elma are near the horse stable in the middle of Healeaks, Trousseau is in front of a house on the east side of the village, and Andy is in a house to Trousseau's left. Cut scenes will continue after you've found them all...
... and, back in the present, Malaya will tell you to meet her in the town square, to the east. Inquire Malaya again to learn more. Back in the past, lead the Apothecaries up the Path to Mount Liphia, in the east. The game will jump back to the present, and you'll need to make it through Mount Liphia yourself.

You start outside this place, and needn't fight any of these enemies. Still, it's good to know they're there, right? The path is otherwise just a path, with no treasures to find.
