Hidden in one of Octopath Traveler II's more picturesque locations, the Seat of the Water Sprite is located in Borderfall, a route in the Crestlands. You'll find Borderfall on the road between Flamechurch and Montwise. On the east side of Borderfall is a ladder that will take you to a lake at the bottom of a waterfall, and if you canoe out to the waterfall you'll find the entrance to the Seat of the Water Sprite.

You'll start off just south of a dock in this dungeon. Ignore it and sail west. There's a second dock over here that will allow you to get at a chest containing an Enlightening Bracelet. Snag it, then head back to the entrance and debark onto the main path.
North of the dock is a save point at an intersection. Go north from the save point and the path will lead you to a chest containing an Inspiriting Plum Basket. Go west from the save point and you'll eventually be guided north. Look on the left side of the path as it veers north and you'll find a set of stairs that will take you to a hidden passage on your right. Follow it and you'll find a chest containing 10,000 leaves.
Follow the northbound main path until it swings to the east. On your left are ruins, and if you check the right side you'll find a small set of stairs leading to a chest. The chest contains an Olive of Life (M). Follow the eastbound path far enough, past the nortbound branching point, and you'll find a ladder down into the water at the bottom of the cave. A chest down here contains a Blessing in Disguise.
Return to the main path and head north, following the torches. Between two waterfalls you'll find a ladder. Check a bit further east to find a chest containing an Energizing Pomegranate (L), then head down the ladder. At the end of this path you'll find a solitary chest containing a Rusty Staff, a quest item. This might seem like an underwhelming prize for completing the dungeon, but the Rusty Staff is essential gear for the Armsmaster Job, and unlocks a new Skill. Well worth the trip.
